A joint meeting with the British Pteridological Society Cornwall and Devon group. A walk up a moorland valley recording Huperzia selago, Phegopteris connectilis, Oreopteris limbosperma, Hymenophyllum tunbrigense and wilsonii, and perhaps Gymnocarpium dryopteris. Terrain is difficult as there will be large granite boulders to clamber over and perhaps a wide stream to cross, so good walking boots and waterproof clothing is essential. Meet at the car park SX53738234 at Lanehead, northwest of Mary Tavy at 9.30am for 10am start. Leaders Ian Bennallick and Bob Hodgson. Booking essential, please contact Ian Bennallick ianbennallick@btinternet.com
