Thursday 3rd July – SALTASH – SX45. A walk around the town and edge of the estuarine River Tamar, in under-recorded 1km squares SX4159, SX4259 and SX4359. Species to look out for include Rough Hawk’s-beard (Crepis biennis), Greater Burnet-saxifrage (Pimpinella major) and Southern Polypody (Polypodium cambricum) – rare in Cornwall but characteristic of the Lower Tamar area. Meet at Saltmill Park car park SX426595.
